General Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays, Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods. We aim to fulfil all orders placed before 11am on the same day.

Products that are marked as pre-order will have information on shipping dates on the product page accordingly.

Safe Place Deliveries:
If you choose to request delivery to a safe place, please note that this is done entirely at your own risk.

Chosen Few Athletics cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being left in a designated safe place. In these circumstances, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

We instruct all of our couriers to deliver parcels directly to your door wherever possible. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be taken to your local depot for collection.

You may request a safe place delivery, however by doing so you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been left in that location.

Returns:
We offer a 14 day return policy. All goods should be unworn, with tags and in resellable condition.

Goods marked as Sale including "Black Friday & Cyber Monday" can only be returned for Store Credit.

How long will my order take to process?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are typically shipped same day on your selected service.

How can I track my order?
Use the speech bubble on the bottom right of the screen to interact with our live support to track your order. You can enter your email & order number for live tracking information.

What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?
All our deliverys are photographed and/or signed for if your package does not get to you we will work with the courier to obtain whats happened and then replace the order if its deemed as lost, stolen or damaged.

If you package has been marked as delivered and left in your safe space it is your responsibility to retrieve that item before it gets lost or stolen.

How does the return process work?
If you are not sastisifed with your product for whatever reason simply visit our returns page where you can initiate a return, all products need to be folded and returned in its original packaging, any products purchased in sales can only be returned for 'store credit' all other full price purchases can choose to select store credit or back to original payment method. Please allow 3-7 working days for returns to be processed.
