General Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays, Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods. We aim to fulfil all orders placed before 11am on the same day.
Products that are marked as pre-order will have information on shipping dates on the product page accordingly.
Returns:
We offer a 14 day return policy. All goods should be unworn, with tags and in resellable condition.
Goods purchased in Sale including "Black Friday & Cyber Monday" can only be returned for Store Credit.

How long will my order take to process?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are typically shipped same day on your selected service.
How can I track my order?

What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?
All our deliverys are photographed and/or signed for if your package does not get to you we will work with the courier to obtain whats happened and then replace the order if its deemed as lost, stolen or damaged.
How does the return process work?
If you are not sastisifed with your product for whatever reason simply visit our returns page where you can initiate a return, all products need to be folded and returned in its original packaging, any products purchased in sales can only be returned for 'store credit' all other normal purchases you can choose to select store credit or back to original payment method. Please allow 3-7 working days for returns to be processed.
