CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
If you are looking to receive your package before Christmas than please take note of the cut off dates to guarantee delivery with each of the delivery services we offer:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Friday 18th December (Before 11am)
Royal Mail 1st Class: Monday 21st December (Before 11am)
DHL Express: Wednesday 23rd December (Before 11am)
Economy Worldwide: Thursday 10th December (Before 11am)
Express Worldwide: Friday 18th December (Before 11am)

Please note both services from Royal Mail are not "guaranteed" services as they can have unexpected delays, so we recommend using DHL or place your order in good time to allow for any potential delays that may occur.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS DATE:
All purchases made in December can be returned within 45 days of purchase providing the garment has been unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: SALES ITEMS & RETURNS POLICY
Any items that are on sale, offer or purchased using a discount code can be returned however we cannot offer refunds. Once received we will issue you with a gift voucher to the value of your order (excluding any shipping charges) you can then use this to purchase either an alternative product/size or keep to use at anytime in the future or pass on to a friend of family at your own 
discretion.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
All orders are still shipping as normal however we have been notified of delays with Royal Mail shipments so please allow a further 1-2 working days, all tracking numbers will be attached to your orders upon shipment these tracking numbers will only show you when your package has been delivered and signed for. If the package is still in transit to you it will display a 'please try again later' message which means that it hasn't been delivered as of yet - this is not an error and it will change once the package has been signed for and received by yourself or someone at your address as proof of delivery.

"Working Days" represents Monday - Friday (excludes weekends & bank holidays, our cut off for same day dispatch is now 11am so any orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day)

e.g. If you ordered on a Friday after 11am this package will be shipped Monday.

FREE UK SHIPPING* 

All UK destination orders will be shipped free of charge. (on orders over £20.00 as a 2nd class recorded delivery 3-5 working days delivery) orders below £50.00 will be charged at either £3.99 for 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail, £2.99 for 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or £5.99 for a DHL Next Day delivery.

Items shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service which is not a guaranteed next day service and can take between 1 to 3 working days however on average 90% of deliveries will arrive within 1 working day of it being shipped. All packages will require someone to be present to sign and accept responsibility of the goods to ensure no damage has been made in transit. Deliveries to BT & Highland post codes can take up to 7 working days.

Items shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded service can expect deliveries between 3-5 working days.

All orders shipped via a Guaranteed Next Day courier service which will provide via either e-mail and/or text message a 1 hour time window of when your delivery is going to be with you to help with someone being present when signing for your package 95% of orders shipped via Courier will be received next working day.

We reserve the right to reject damages or missing item issues if you have signed for your goods so please check before signing and accepting the package to make sure the delivery has not been opened or damaged.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, most orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £150
All International destination orders will be shipped at a set fee of £12.99

All items under £50.00 are shipped via a Royal Mail AirMail service which is not tracked and can take between 7 to 14 business days. All packages will require someone to be present to sign and accept responsibility of the goods to ensure no damage has been made in transit and to confirm delivery of the products.

All orders made over £150.00 will be shipped with a tracked and insured DHL Express service free of charge - you can also pay £19.99 for a DHL Express Service on orders under £150.00.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had Free Delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once goods are returned (UK approx £5.99)

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods so please do not remove the tags on the garments.

Please e-mail us before you return an item informing us of the reason and what you wish to do. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post

RETURNING SALE ITEMS
Any items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code can be returned however we cannot offer refunds. Once received we will issue you with a discount code to the value of your order (excluding any shipping charges) or can exchange it for an alternative product or size only.
