Established in 1986 L.A Gym is regarded as Bristol's Bodybuilding Mecca.

It was the gym that gave me my first job in the fitness industry at 16 years of age, 18 years on I am proud to announce that I have officially taken over and will be continuing on its legacy whilst making improvements to the facility going forward but preserving its unrivalled old school atmosphere that you will rarely find in other gyms throughout the UK anymore.

All L.A Gym merchandise will be designed & developed by Chosen Few Athletics. The experiences growing up and working in the gym helped influence the conception of Chosen Few itself.
