What started as a place to train became the foundation for everything I’ve built since - physically, mentally, and in business. Years later, I became the owner of the very gym that shaped me. This series is a tribute to where the journey started. Every rep. Every lesson. Every brick. LA Gym is more than a gym - it’s my origin story.
THE VIBE BEHIND THE SERIES
At 16, I was hooked on the idea of building a physique like my idols. LA Gym had a reputation - toughest area in Bristol, biggest guys in the city. That alone pulled me in. It wasn’t polished, it was powerful. This series reflects that raw hunger, the rough surroundings, and the mindset of a kid chasing strength and respect.
