Get ready for an unforgettable evening at CHSN Studios! Join us for CHSN Sessions, an exclusive 2-hour live event where music meets muscle. This is your chance to train in a high-energy environment featuring a live DJ & UK Garage Legend MC Kie.

We've also opened it up to those who just want to come for the vibes so there will be additional availability for 'non-trainers' and an open bar where we will be serving exclusive CHSN Cocktails & Mocktails throughout the event in partnership with Mr Exclusive Drinks.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, 5th April 2025
  • Requirements: Exclusively available for Chosen Few customers only, each customer can bring 1 guest (non customer with them)
  • Event Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Arrival, distribution of pre-workouts and wrist bands (trainers / non trainers)
    • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Training session with live DJ set by UK Garage Legend MC Kie.

We ask all participants to try and wear Chosen Few clothing if possible and arrive before 4:00 PM to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your booking in advance to allow another guest to take your place.

We have lockers, 2 toilets and 1 shower featuring luxury towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Due to the personal nature of CHSN: Studios on CHSN: Session events we do not advise showering in our facility unless absolutely essential due to volume of visitors and time restraints.

Yes we have a large private car park with CCTV.

This is an exclusive event for This Thing of Ours members only however each booking allows to bring 1 guest (existing or non existing customer)

We provide a fully loaded kitchen featuring the very best supplement brands including protein powders, pre-workouts, protein bars, energy drinks, soft drinks & water.
